How It Works
60-Day Window: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your eligible Restor product.

Exclusions: Please note that samples or free packs are entirely excluded from this guarantee. Free samples, trial packs, or promotional items redeemed at no cost are non-refundable and not eligible for cash value or store credit.

Limit: To prevent abuse, our guarantee applies to your first purchase of a specific product.

How to Request Your Refund:
If you would like to return your product or request a refund under our guarantee, please follow these steps:

Get in Touch: Contact our support team at hello@restor-home.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include your name and order number.

Check Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original packaging, or deemed as faulty.

Share Your Feedback: Please provide a brief explanation of why the product didn't work out for you or details regarding the fault (we love feedback so we can keep improving!).

Return the Item: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

Once we receive your request and verify the return, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
