Shipping Policy


We are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Below is an outline of our shipping policy for orders within Australia.

Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day (unless in extreme circumstances of which you will be made aware of).

Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and AusPost tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping via AusPost that will arrive to you within 3-7 business days once dispatched. 

Cost: Flat rate of $8.99 for Standard shipping zones or $9.99 for Rural deliveries.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within Australia.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers for express shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via AusPost.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team hello@restor-home.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged items, include photos of the damage and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

We will do our best to find a solution or information for you.

Restor is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, redelivery, or handling fees incurred.
